The Queen's Head was originally built in the 1890s in response to the opening of Kingston station, with ten beautiful boutique bedrooms, superb modern facilities and an ideal location just minutes from the town centre, The Queen’s Head provides some of the best accommodation in Kingston. We are situated in the picturesque Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames in southwest London.

All of our beds have 1600 individually pocket sprung mattresses and are topped with sumptuous mattress covers. They come with both luxury microfibre and duck down pillows.

Twin Rooms Our Comfy King/Twin rooms are able to be arranged to be either a King-Size or two single beds. Please contact us to confirm availability before booking and select the Twin Bed Setup on confirming your reservation.

Family Rooms
Our Grand Family Rooms are fabulous for a family stay away and standard occupancy includes up to two children. There is an additional charge of £25 per additional child and this must be confirmed with the hotel before booking.

Pets Assistance & guide dogs permitted. We welcome well-behaved dogs in selected rooms, at an additional rate of £15.00 per night, up to a maximum of 2 dogs.

Accessible Rooms We have two rooms that are ground floor with easy-access and accessible facilities on request. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Change a Booking

If you have made a reservation with us directly (either through our website, over the phone, or in person) please email or call us to modify or cancel your booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you have booked through a travel agent or other online booking service, you will need to contact them to request your change or cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy differs based on the rate type booked. Please check your booking confirmation to see which you booked.

Flexible Rate - If cancelled by midday the day before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Advance Rate – Pre-paid, non-refundable rate. If cancelled or in case of a no-show, the full payment will be retained.
